Andrej Bán is a reporter at Denník N, sister publication of EUobserver. He is also a photographer, columnist, and humanitarian worker who has reported extensively from crisis regions and conflict zones since the late 1980s. He co-founded and led the organization Človek v ohrození during the Kosovo war, and has received numerous awards for his journalism, photography, and books, along with contributing to films and public discussions on extremism.
